I’m Jess.

Mama x3 and Holistic Nutrition Consultant for pregnancy, postpartum and babies.

I am a big believer in eating whole foods.

And as a mama and homemaker, I love to encourage women to prioritize their health from the inside-out.

This is especially crucial when growing a baby, raising a baby and looking after your own body in the midst.

Our Western culture has normalized eating for convenience, which means more people are settling for fake food instead of real food that nourishes.

I provide online resources that will equip mamas and mamas-to-be with the confidence they need to take care of themselves and their babies amidst the demands of motherhood.

How I support mothers and their babies.

My philosophy is that when a mother is well-nourished, she has the energy, stamina and commitment to nourish and look after her family well.

I’ve seen far too many women feel depleted, unmotivated, too busy and time-poor to look after themselves well. This means that mothers will choose the convenient or easy route and not properly tend to their nutrient needs and by default, the needs of their family.

The saying is true: you can’t pour from an empty cup.

I want to help mothers make time for nourishing their bodies with real food and encourage a good relationship with food in the home that will promote healthy habits in their children.

This all starts at preconception and has a flow on effect to pregnancy, postpartum and to baby.

My role is to help women feel their best by optimising their nutrition and nourishing their families.
